When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, company information, and project requirements.
How We Use Information
We use inquiry information to respond to product questions, prepare quotations, share technical documents, coordinate project communication, improve website inquiry handling, and measure whether our advertising generated a completed inquiry.
Advertising Measurement
When an inquiry is submitted, we may send Google Ads a unique submission identifier and privacy-protected identifiers, such as a SHA-256 hashed email address, to measure and deduplicate advertising conversions. Advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters may also be stored with the inquiry for attribution. Email and WhatsApp link clicks are treated as contact-intent analytics, not completed inquiry conversions.
Business Communication
Submitted information may be reviewed by Jinxing Electric sales or technical staff for quotation and project support. We do not sell inquiry information to third parties.
