Product Overview
This series of dry-type transformers with fillers and thin insulation uses epoxy resin encapsulated coils, making the transformers flame-retardant, fireproof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, pollution-free, and compact enough for direct installation in the load center.
Meanwhile, the scientific and reasonable design and pouring process give the product lower partial discharge, lower noise, and stronger heat dissipation capacity. Under forced air cooling conditions, it can operate continuously at 140% of the rated load for a long time and can be equipped with an intelligent temperature controller for centralized monitoring and control.
The foil-type coil can solve problems such as high short-circuit stress in low-voltage and large-current windings, unbalanced ampere-turns, poor heat dissipation effect, large winding helix angle, and unstable manual welding quality.
At the same time, the winding ends adopt resin sealing, curing, moisture-proof, and anti-fouling measures, and the copper busbars are automatically welded by argon arc welding.
