Product Overview
GDF low-voltage fixed partition switchgear is designed for three-phase AC 50/60Hz power systems with rated working voltage up to 660V. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in power plants, substations, factories, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities, and is suitable for both power distribution centers and motor control applications.
The cabinet adopts a fixed partition structure with separate busbar, functional unit, and cable chambers. This layout improves operational safety, limits fault propagation between compartments, and helps make inspection, maintenance, and circuit management more orderly in daily operation.
Compared with ordinary non-partition cabinets, GDF emphasizes fixed separation, mechanical reliability, and practical maintainability. Its modular cabinet structure supports flexible feeder arrangements and standard manufacturing, making it suitable for projects that require cost-effective distribution control with clear compartment division.

Normal Service Condition
- The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40 degrees Celsius and not lower than -5 degrees Celsius, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35 degrees Celsius. When these limits are exceeded, the capacity shall be derated for operation according to the actual situation.
- It is for indoor use, and the altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 2000 meters.
- The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40 degrees Celsius. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed. For example, it is 90% at +20 degrees Celsius. The influence of occasional condensation caused by temperature changes should be taken into account.
- When the device is installed, the inclination from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees, and the entire group of cabinet rows shall be relatively flat. The device shall be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and where the electrical components will not be subject to undue corrosion.
